What can I expect during our free 15 minute consult?

This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to let me know what brings you to therapy. I'd love to hear what you're looking to get out of therapy and also get a sense for how you are coping right now. Feel free to ask me any questions!

Are you offering in person or only virtual sessions?

I am currently only offering sessions by phone or video. For video you’ll need: a computer or smartphone with camera access, a stable internet connection, and a private and quiet location. For phone, I’ll give you a ring at our scheduled appointment time.

What will our first session be like?

Sessions typically are 45 minutes, although it is possible to extend the session at a prorated fee. 

Payment

If you are interested in psychotherapy, we can discuss current fees and questions about payment.  All fees are due before the start of session.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, I do not take insurance. I’d be happy to provide you with an invoice that you can then submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy.

Please cancel 24 hours in advance. You can send a text , email or leave a voicemail.  If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to make that happen but please observe the 24 hour cancellation window for reschedules as well.
